Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil and place the tenderloins in it in a single layer. Then, just before cooking, sprinkle your chicken with kosher salt and some pepper. Preheat your air fryer to 400 for a few minutes. Once your chicken has marinated for 30 minutes- 2 hours or so, it’s time to cook it. Now, back to the cilantro lime chicken in the air fryer. Especially if you’re hooked on making batches of the light cilantro lime ranch, or jalapeno avocado dressing! Which you should be. We usually go through it fast enough that it doesn’t go bad on me. But I’ll admit, I don’t use it a ton because it’s not quite big enough to cook enough food for my family in one batch. Sometimes when the recipe is so simple, I don’t think to share!
